With a number as large as that, it seems inevitable for business owners to invest in surveillance software. A question that many business owners ask themselves is, “How do I maintain a level of professionalism within my employees?”

Even though some companies use sites such as Facebook and Twitter to advertise they easily forget that these sites are built on individual usage. Employees are not above the urge to spend 10 minutes maybe even hours on these sites communicating with other employees, friends and family.
