IDT offers customized, high-quality training solutions to help our clients' business run more efficiently.  Our training can be offered on-site or via web conferencing.  A client service representative will work with your staff to get a better understanding of your business, then outline the most cost-effective training solution.  Our consultants have various product-certifications and skills and have the knowledge to help you learn your systems quickly and efficiently.

On-site training provides hands-on training at your place of business and is the best investment you can make.  IDT uses your data as opposed to sample data used within a classroom setting.  Being on-site we can become familiar with your unique system setup, the individual responsibilities of your employees and allow us to provide excellent follow-up training and ongoing support.  This service can also be provided at our Garden City location. 

Training via web conferencing offers a similar support experience to an on-site without the face to face interaction and can be more cost effective for shorter training sessions.  A client service representative will access your computer and utilize your system for training.  Web conferences can also be held at your convenience.
