PREPAID SUPPORT HOUR BLOCKS DO NOT EXPIRE!!

Hours on prepaid blocks do not expire and can be used for any support services but are not redeemable for cash nor can they be used for software, software development or hardware purchases.


PHONE SUPPORT: Initial call per incident is billed at 30 minutes, additional time is billed in 15-

minute increments.


ON-SITES: On-sites have a 3-hour minimum plus a travel fee. TRAVEL FEE: TBD ($75.00 NYC) Travel Fee will be waived on prepaid hours for clients in NYC (5 boroughs) and Nassau County, NY.


AFTER-HOUR RATES:

If support is provided outside of our regular business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (EST)), after-hour rates will apply. Our after-hour rates are for Weekdays before 9:00am and after 5:30 pm, Weekends and Holidays and will be billed at 1.5 (one and a half) times our standard or your current prepaid rate.
